Brown and Wentworth Properties (BWP) owns and manages the building and property at 4710 Post Road in Charlestown, RI. The approximate 5 acres of property is completely enclosed by fence. The building is currently occupied by 2 businesses and the property is used for year round boat storage with winter and transient summer rates.  Dave Brown is co-founder of BWP. He is currently the owner and principal of Tyler Landscping in Wakefield, RI – a landscaping and construction company servicing residential and commercial properties in southern Rhode Island.
